About Tina D'Aversa
Tina D’Aversa Conservative, Christian Mother, Wife, Real Estate Investor and Educator and Community Leader. I enjoy my job assisting others in the real esate buying and selling process.
A graduate of the University of Alabama, the University of South Alabama and Keller Graduate School of Management, Ms. D’Aversa is proudly helping others along the Gulf Coast reach their education and real estate goals. Ms. D’Aversa is a former educator teaching honors level Algebra and Geometry. She served as Principal of a Catholic Middle School where she led the school in restructuring. The school under her tenure became a thriving and successful primary and middle school. Parent approval ratings reached 98% during her tenure. After graduating college in the late 1980’s, Ms. D’Aversa became a successful business and community leader working as a publishing media executive and then public official. As a magazine publisher, she achieved an outstanding track record of growth earning numerous industry awards. Accomplishments include managing and developing sales teams, driving revenue and profitability, creating and launching new products and client relations. Under her leadership, businesses consistently exceeded financial goals. She feels her tenure serving citizens as a city councilperson and community leader in Georgia helped her to grow to be the community advocate she is today. Despite her busy schedule, Ms. D’Aversa is very active in the community. She is a leader and teaching mentor to students, and is an active supporter of Catholic Charities. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteers with the City of Orange Beach because she enjoys giving back to the community that has given her so much enjoyment over the years. As a leader, she has taken her success, her energy, and her passionate approach to real estate to influence everyone she meets. Ms. D’Aversa grew up along the Alabama Gulf Coast and returned with her husband and sons in 2015 to fulfill her dream of living in Orange Beach. She often expresses her joy to live and work on beautiful Orange Beach with her husband, one of their three sons, and their dog, Bear. She is most proud of her sons who have grown into fine adults. Ms. D’Aversa is an avid real estate investor, jogger and boater.
